Spokane, Wash. – Beginning in October, Spokane will add three new district security cameras. 3. Spokane Police Department (SPD) report.
New security cameras will be installed on Bernard, Regal and Ray and will issue tickets to anyone who exceeds the posted speed limit of 20 mph. The cameras will monitor Ferris High, Adams and Roosevelt Elementary Schools.
“During school hours, when the school beacon flashes, cameras will operate to capture images of every vehicle passing the district’s speed limit. Tickets will go out on November 1stone2022,” SPD said.
